MAKO Design + Invent and Autodesk have partnered on several events together since their first event nearly a year ago. Events include everything from the CNE Innovation Garage, socials such as hockey games and polo matches, to exclusive design software previews. Earlier this year, Kevin Mako was invited to speak at an Autodesk panel discussion in Toronto around industrial design and the future of it.

More recently, MAKO Invent’s Founder spoke at an event in Austin, Texas where Autodesk’s new design software, Fusion 360, was demonstrated exclusively for the I.D. Guild and other key members of the community. Detailing the importance of embracing cloud software, Kevin Mako addressed a banquet room filled with vibrant high level designers, industry leaders and industrial executives.
Partnering with Autodesk over the past year has helped MAKO Design + Invent bring together members of the design community across North America, from Austin and soon to be Toronto. MAKO is deeply gratified for Autodesk’s partnership over the past year and looks forward to a greater path of opportunities with the software giant, in the years to come!
