Invention Makers Develop Very First Mobile Phone with 3D Tech

Invention Makers Create the First Mobile Phone with 3D Technology

You know when you hear about a product innovation that you need to see to believe it? That’s the case with RED’s Hydrogen One Handset, which the company has been promising to reveal for a while now. The time is finally here as RED’s invention makers are finally bringing the device to AT&T and Verizon.

Invention makers everywhere are impressed by this technology.

About the Hydrogen One Handset and it’s Invention Makers, RED

RED’s Hydrogen One Handset is a 5.7-inch holographic display device, and it’s the world’s first of its kind. The invention makers behind RED’s innovative new device have created a device that starts at around $1,200 USD and acts as a normal cell phone with sharper resolution than most of the top players in the market, like the iPhone X.

When in 3D mode, you’re able to view your screen in 3D without needing the cheesy special glasses. Patrick Holland of CNET stated that in a demo of the early product he was able to video chat on Skype, Facebook and/or hologram chat with another person. This is huge for connecting with people around the world.

Features

The camera built into this device is said to be able to record in 2D, 3D, and H4V, which would make the device one of the most impressive all packed into a smartphone. Much of the device is still a mystery yet to be revealed, but slowly features are beginning to be revealed. For example, it is unknown what version of Android users can expect when the product launches in the summer, as well as it’s hard to say the size of RAM that will come in the device.

Holland described the preview of the device by saying that it’s been a while since we’ve had a “dude look at my phone moment,” and we believe devices like RED’s Hydrogen One are only beginning to innovate the mobile phone space. Invention makers behind the product are opening up so many new possibilities on how we communicate via mobile phone.

Although the launch won’t be hitting Canada in the near future, as far as we know, MAKO is excited to see innovations like this hit the marketplace – innovations that are truly shaking up the marketplace and getting industrial designers and product designers to look at inventing differently.

We have a feeling the invention makers behind RED’s Hydrogen One haven’t stopped here with this product, and we’re eager to see what’s next.
